Embracing Your Destiny
Larry RandolphPredestination - > Purpose - > Destiny
1. Until purpose is discovered your existence has little meaning.
The absence of purpose attracts evil spirits. It attracts sickness and disease.
2. God created you for a special purpose and has allotted you enough time to fulfil that purpose.
When God planned your destiny, He factored your stupidity into the equation.
David refused to let his sin dictate his purpose in God.
After he sinned, he repented and he never relinquished the right to his throne because he was a weak man.
It is not about YOU it is about HIM.
Neither is it about how well you do or how bad you do. It is about how wonderful He is when He looked at your sins and your failures and said "it is finished" He took everything of human depravity.
They are free to be whatever it is my Father has destined them to be without the weight and guilt of human weakness.
3. If you don't find your purpose life will provide one for you.
Many of us will die busy but never touching our destiny. That is the tragedy of human experience.
We will die busy but never touch our potential destiny.
Don't settle for cheap imitations of your destiny.
We live in an era of misplaced giftings and ministries. Hardly anyone is doing what they are potentially destined to do. They are doing something they want to do, family have done, or they have aspired to do. Very few are doing what they are called to do. If you don't find your ultimate purpose, you will have one but it wont be your ultimate.
There is a gift shift about to happen in the church. A ministry shift. God is about to realign purposes. People in the pulpit will find themselves in the marketplace. People in the marketplace will find themselves in the pulpit. People in McDonalds will find themselves running Corporations and people who run Corporations will find themselves at McDonalds. Prophets will find they are supposed to be pastors and Pastors find they are supposed to be Prophets/Apostles. God is about to redefine our purposes.
Make your calling and election sure. If you don't, life will give you one. Too many people have purposes that the church gave them, life gave them, their own desires and aspirations gave them.
The shift that is about to happen is the Joseph -> Pharaoh shift. Joseph will shift from the walls of the prison to the throne of favour. Pharaoh did not come to Joseph, Joseph had to go to Pharaoh.
Pharaoh didn't change, the church had to change. We have to shift, we cannot keep preaching the world has to shift. The shift is not about people coming to the church, its about us going into the marketplace.
4. Your purpose is unique to humanity
Noone can give the world what has been deposited in you but you. Noone owns, can give or understands what God has given you. It is unique to creation. All of us are born an original and most of us will die a pftwcy. Eph 4:7
We live in an era of pentecostal parrots and charismatic clones. Everybody wants to be like somebody instead of being like them.
The anointing is attracted to authenticity/realness.
Or it is not real or you are sucking off of someone elses anointing. True authenticity and uniqueness is a magnet to the power of God. You have got to be YOU, cause there is no YOU like You anywhere else. You are the YOU.
When God made you he said he could only stand doing this once Christians mimic each other. Get a life and get some YOU in there! In fact resident within us is one of the most unique gifts to humanity. Uniformity is not unity - thats communism.
The way we come into one man is diversity.. Harmony through diversity in the Holy Ghost.
The church/world desperately needs what you have.
