The false watchmen, prophetic insights for Somerset.

When I began to pray about Somerset I heard the Lord say-“yes summer has set!” and I could hear the old song “summer time and the living is easy”! I come from south Florida but I have lived in England for four years. I know what it is to live in territories that are known as holiday places. They are known as places where people come to take it easy and have fun. The Lord began to speak to me about the scripture that says “they have settled on their lees” I began to look at this and it was very interesting as to what it actually means. It means the congealing of whey’s; it means the curdling into cheese. It talks about those who have settled and they have decided that they are not going to fight, they enjoy just living easy. When we do this the spirit of Jezebel moves in and she takes your land. So many times it’s just easier to just abdicate our land to the enemy because warfare is hard. I can tell you that warfare is not easy. I recognise that the word of God warns us over and over again that our warfare is against principalities and powers and rulers of the darkness. All of these things are very real and this is a time as Jeremiah warned us when if you’ve grown weary walking along with the footman what are you going to do with the swelling of the Jordan, when the horses of war are in your face. How are you going to build my kingdom how are you going to preach my gospel, how are you going to see it extend to the end s of the earth? If you’ve got weary in the time that you’ve been leaning on your lees? God said in Zephaniah he will punish those who have settled on their lees. Those who have said “God will not do good neither will he do evil”
As I looked at this word lees, I found that it actually is the Hebrew word for watchman. I asked God what this meant; God told me that these are the false watchmen watching over the people and they are watching and hedging people in. The word means to hedge in with thorns and they have actually hedged the people in such a way that they are not willing to fight out of this thorny hedge bush. There is a false watchman as well as there are true watchmen. So the enemy has hedged this place in with false watchmen, with those who are watching out to see that you don’t come in to your destiny, that you don’t do the warfare. But God is saying to you tonight that this is a place that can make a tremendous difference. I am asking for the inheritance of Jesus. It is time to stand against the enemy and greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world.
