Beloved:
Great leaders aren't just born, they are forged. Forged through places of great pressure and trial, just like diamonds.
And just as man places great value on a diamond, especially one that is nearly transparent, So do I put great value on those leaders who are transparent and honest. It is through the transparency of heart that the greatest reflection of light can come through. Just as the light that reflects through the diamond and it becomes a thing of brilliance and beauty.....
Next time you think its foolish to share your failures, think again. I value your honesty, and so does everyone around you!!
