Vision of the cross across Africa
By Graham Power.Graham Power a South African businessman received a vision from God in the year 2000. The Lord instructed him to hire a large stadium in Cape Town and invite Christians from the various denominations to gather for a day of repentance and prayer. This challenge then went out to first the other provinces in South Africa and subsequently to all the other African countries.
In February 2002 Graham had a second and more detailed vision. Graham saw a body outstretched like a cross spread over Africa. The foot of the cross was in Cape Town and the head of the cross was in Egypt. The arms reached from east to west across the width of Africa. The whole of Africa was gathered in repentance and prayer with a clear vision that Africa will become a light to the world. Then the arms of the cross became God’s arms stretching out and out, pulling the entire globe into his stomach, holding it with love as a mother would caress her newborn baby when crying soon after birth.
The invitation to join for a day of repentance and prayer was then given out to the entire globe.
